Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Pro-Com at pro-com.app, operated from 237 Kearny St., Suite 102, San Francisco, CA 94108, USA. By opening an account or using the public market pages, you agree to them.

Pro-Com provides spot markets, dollar conversion quotes, account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and client support. You must provide a real email and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your session.

Orders fill against the balances on your account at the price shown on the ticket. You will not send an order larger than those balances. Fees are published on the fees page and apply to spot fills.

Market data can differ across venues by seconds. You accept that a print on the public book and a fill on your ticket are both time-stamped, and you will check Orders if you need the exact figure.

You will not use the service in violation of the laws that apply to you. We may refuse a withdrawal or ask a follow-up question where the ledger and the verification file do not match.
