Privacy notice

Pro-Com collects the account details you type: name, email, phone, country, password, verification purpose, wallet activity, orders, and messages you send from the contact form.

We use that information to run the account, post deposits and withdrawals, fill orders, answer support, and keep a ledger you can read. We do not sell client lists.

The account record is stored on the device where you signed up so the product works as you use it. Support messages you submit are kept with that same device record so the desk can see what you sent.

Public market pages request live quotes from market-data providers. Those requests carry ordinary connection data. They are not tied to your name unless you are signed in and place an order.
