A short desk manual

Six notes we actually want clients to read: how spot works, how to read a range, how funding posts, why verification exists, what risk looks like, and what a fee includes. No recycled definitions.

MARKETS

How a spot market actually works

A spot market is a place to exchange one asset for another right now. On Pro-Com the quote asset is USDT, so the pair reads BTC/USDT or SOL/USDT. The price is how many dollars, via the stablecoin, the market is paying for one unit.

MARKETS

Reading price, range, and size

Three numbers do most of the work: last price, 24-hour change, and the high-low range. Last price is where the pair last printed. The change tells you the direction of the day. The range tells you how wide that day has already been.

ACCOUNTS

Funding, balances, and withdrawals

An account starts at zero. That is intentional. You open it with your name, email, phone, and a password, then you fund it from Wallet. Choose USDT, enter the amount, and name the method — bank wire or an external wallet. The credit posts to your USDT balance and a line appears on the ledger.

ACCOUNTS

Why we ask you to verify

Verification on Pro-Com records who is using the account: country of residence and the purpose of the account, personal, business, or research. Submit the form once. The profile is marked verified and the dashboard shows that status.

RISK

Risk, in plain language

Digital assets move more in a day than most bank deposits move in a year. A coin can gap through the price you last saw, especially over a weekend or during a network incident. Size positions so a sharp day is uncomfortable, not ruinous.

FEES

Fees, spreads, and what you actually pay

Pro-Com charges a simple spot fee: 0.10% on the quote value of a filled order. A $2,000 buy costs $2. The fee is described on the fees page so you are not hunting through a footer.
